Hi, I'm Don.

I'm Donald E. Bauer Jr., a retired Federal Senior Executive and technologist. My work has included serving as Chief Technology Officer for Global Talent Management at the Department of State and as a Senior Advisor and AI Ambassador at OPM.

I started FedHRTechGuy because the people doing this work deserve a place to share what works, make sense of change, and learn from one another.
